For ALL ORDERS BEING DELIVERED TO THE BAHAMAS- By purchasing this unit the customer assumes all liability for the shipment including damage and theft once it is delivered to Tropical Shipping at 501 AVE P Riviera Beach FL 33404. 

Buyers agree that he/she has read  and reviewed all warranty and manufacturer's documents and acknowledges that seller agent SolarGeneratorPros.com, In Ventures Inc has no responsibility for operation, maintenance or warranty. 

For any buyer of the (Any unit purchased (generators)) and buyers shall exclusively look to the manufacturer for all repairs, replacement, returns, maintenance or any complaint of any kind regarding the (Generators any items purchased). Including all transportation and installation activity.

 SHIPPING TERMS

All shipments are shipped directly from the manufacturer to US locations. SolarGeneratorPros, In Ventures Inc assumes no liability for shipments lost or damaged in transport due to theft or any other occurrence. For any issues the customer would file a claim directly with the shipper and or Manufacturer. If transporting to the Bahamas or any other country by another freight company, the customer will assume all liability for the shipment. We will send tracking when available from the manufacturer so the customer can track the shipment in the USA. Once it is delivered to the port or dock where the shipment will move from the customer will assume full liability.

REFUNDS EXCHANGES

SolarGeneratorPros.com and In Ventures Inc, does not offer refunds or exchanges for any unit sold.

 

Due to the complexity and high costs of the units there is a very limited return policy with the manufacturer all complaints or requests should be directed solely to the manufacturer.
